Shipping

We ship across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked and DPD.

Orders are lovingly packed and dispatched Monday to Friday. We need one working day to get everything ready, so your order may not ship the same day. Orders placed after 9am on a Friday or over the weekend will head out on Monday. If there's a Bank Holiday, we'll dispatch on the next working day.

For Express delivery, the cut-off is 1pm Monday to Thursday and 10am on Friday.

Where's my order?

If your parcel hasn't arrived when expected, please send us an email and we'll get straight on to the delivery company. Most parcels do arrive within 7 working days, so please allow that time before getting in touch. During busy periods like Christmas, things can occasionally take a little longer.

If a parcel can't be traced, we'll send a replacement (stock permitting) or give you a full refund, whichever you'd prefer.

Returns

We really hope you love your Nutshell friend, but if something isn't quite right, just email us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out.

We just ask that items are returned unused, in their original packaging with tags intact, and in the condition they arrived in. Please pop them back in the packaging they came in if you can, and hold onto your proof of postage.

Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return, straight back to your original payment method. Postage costs aren't refundable unless the item was faulty.

Something not right with your order?

If anything arrives damaged or isn't as it should be, please let us know as soon as you can, we'll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return postage. (If return postage would be over £10, just check with us first so we can arrange it together.)

If a fault develops after 90 days, we'll always do our best to help, whether that's a repair, replacement, or refund. Return postage in this case would be at your cost, but we'll guide you through it.

Please hang onto your packaging just in case, the delivery company sometimes needs to take a look.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
